Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Subfix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Subfix is a SaaS platform that connects to your Stripe account via OAuth and automatically retries failed subscription payments on your behalf. It also sends branded dunning emails to your customers to prompt payment method updates.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Ensuring you have the right to connect your Stripe account • The accuracy of any business information you provide • Compliance with applicable laws when sending emails to your customers

Subfix uses Stripe Connect to access your Stripe account. By connecting your account, you authorise Subfix to view failed invoices, retry payments, and create billing portal sessions on your customers' behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Stripe dashboard.

Subfix charges a flat monthly fee of £29/month after a 14-day free trial. No percentage is taken from recovered revenue. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Subfix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that all failed payments will be recovered. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business, or data arising from use of the service, including failed retry attempts or undelivered emails.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service for unlawful purposes. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
